Embodied Spirituality is simply a way of the heart. It honors the traditional teachings of Tantra and presents them in a contemporary context. Many of our teachings come from Taoist techniques for strengthening the immune system, training the mind with powerful meditation skills. It is also well known that when these practices become activated with the heart, miracles happen. Our teachings have been inspired by the dynamic ebb and flow of the ocean itself, which integrates the natural movements and conscious breathing of dolphins and whales, combining them with those of tantric teachings.

All of the programs include a healthy sampling of yoga, meditation, deep communication skills, breath work, massage, healing, loving rituals, dance, music, theater, alchemy-mandalas, powerful visualizations, positive ceremonial magic practices and more.
These teachings are often supported with spontaneous music, ritual, healing laughter, trance-dance and theater. In these experiences, for example, rather than the participants following the music, the music follows the creative flame of each individual, utilizing each person's unique characteristic and movements as the source.
