When I saw seeing that today is called 'Eat What You Want Day,' I thought how great it would be if there were one day a year when you could eat or drink anything you wanted and there would be no ill effects to your body in any conceivable way. Red wine would only be good for your heart and could heal your soul without affecting your liver at all. Chocolate sans calories. And giant cheeseburgers would go straight to your head and make you much smarter while leaving your hips, thighs and butt alone. You could eat tons of salt and never show any bloat at all. Unfortunately, just because it's 'Eat What You Want Day' doesn't make it any less important to watch what you eat, especially salt. Now, if you only got to the top of this tip and are already holding the shaker, do this instead: Fill any small container to approximately 70 percent with kosher or sea salt. Top this off with spring or distilled water. Don't cover the container. Rather, leave it out anywhere inside your kitchen to absorb and trap any negative energies that might be floating around inside your whole space. You can leave this salty little container in place for up to one year. Sometime during that time crystals will form showing you that afflicted and awkward energies really are being absorbed. After one year's time, cover the container and then throw it away in any container that sits outside your living space. This is a good and healthy exercise that puts the positive in place while moving the negative away. Speaking of healthy, I don't care what day it is, put that Oreo down and get on the treadmill. Go on now, you heard me.
